Interview Format
All initial interviews will be conducted virtually via Google Meet. In-Person interviews may be conducted as second interviews.
Standard interview questions will be used for each interview. Interview notes and comments will be recorded and submitted to Human Resources.
Interview Kick-Off and Process
Each interview will begin with NKY Health presenting this slideshow. The interviewing supervisor(s) will then describe the position and answer any questions about the job and job posting. The interviewee will then be asked the list of standard interview questions, starting with a "yes/no" question something like, "Have you reviewed the essential functions and do you have the ability to perform them?"

Interview Questions
Standard interview questions have been developed for each job to elicit information about each interviewee's qualifications and predicted behavior against critical success factors to determine which applicant is best-qualified for that particular job.
Approved standard interview questions from this site will be used unless the HR Administrator approves an exception in advance.
