You will need all of the following before HR will post a vacant position:
Job Description: The job description must be updated to match the most current template and approved by the Division Director. Email the Word for Windows file to Human Resources for review and attach the final version to the "Position Allocation" form.
Position Allocation Form: This form must be completed with the approved job description attached and signed by all parties. Initiate signatures from the "Position Allocation Form - Supervisor/Manager Initiates" workflow in AdobeSign. Always attach the final version of the job description and include a detailed business justification for filling the position in the "Notes" field. (You will find helpful tips for using AdobeSign workflows and forms on the AdobeSign page of this site.)

External interviews are interviews for positions other than a transfer from one location to another or one program to other.
You will be meeting with Fname Lname, Title and Karen Domaschko, Human Resources Manager by videoconference.
I will set up a meeting for us using Google Meet on mm/dd/yyyy from h:mm to h:mm, but it may not take that long. (HR suggests you allow an average of 1 hour, longer if your answers tend to be wordy, and shorter if you tend to be speedy.)
I will email you a link to join the virtual meeting. At the time of the scheduled meeting you will need to copy that link into your browser and then click "Join Meeting" with your camera on. I suggest you practice the technology in advance if it's unfamiliar to you.
I will send you NKY Health's Application for At-Will Employment form via AdobeSign. You must complete this form thoroughly, sign it electronically, and return it at least 24 "business hours" (that's one business day) prior to the interview. I suggest you allow plenty of time. It could take as much as an hour to complete the application form. Please note that all the fields in the form must be completed before the interview may begin. Please provide as much detail as possible about your previous work experience for the past 10 years and anything else related to this position. We use this information to determine your starting pay if you are offered a position.
HR will email you a packet containing information about NKY Health in general and the position specifically. The email will be coming from hr@nkyhealth.org later this week or early next week.
