Required Posters

Federal, State and Local laws and/or funding and best practices guidelines dictate that NKY Health post certain notices in location available to employees, applicants and/or certain other populations.  In many cases, they also dictate the size, color and/or layout of the posting. 

NKY Health provides an "All-In-One" poster that is compliant with Federal and State requirements to each physical site within the district.  

As a site supervisor at NKY Health, you are responsible for ensuring that your site complies with these requirements by ensuring that the postings are visible as required, either by posting the all-in-one poster or by making  the individual posters available. All posters must be visible (and not stacked on top of each other).

Human Resources will send these as part of the electronic interview packet when an applicant is scheduled for interview.

Site supervisors, please be sure the posters on this list are available where all employees may read them.  

Human Resources will provide a laminated paper  "all-in-one" poster that includes both Federal and State required posters.  Please hang this in a common area and supplement it with the other posters.
