Before participating in an interview for the first time at NKY Health, every supervisor must read the documents in this section and then complete and submit the "Acknowledgement of Interview Do's and Don'ts" form.  Supervisors who don't interview often should also review these documents as a refresher.

Interview Materials the Interviewee Will See (FYI) 

HR will email the Class Specification, the job posting, and the the interview packet below to the interviewee and will present the overview to kick off the interview.
