be responsible for MANAGEMENT of the FORUM. This group will have the following responsibilities:
Advertising the event to the school .
Coordinating all the groups and communicating about the set up and tear down.
Creating a “Welcome Booth” that will be at the main entrance to the exhibit
Communicating directly with the teachers about the needs of the various project groups so that tech and other items can be reserved.
Overseeing the Forum and providing support to groups as needed.Project Managers do not have to create a forum project (management of the forum IS your project.)
Managers must maintain close contact and coordination with the teams and Ms Anderson.

LIST OF TASKS FOR GROUPS
Gather in teams and discuss your current ideas for your Forum project. Review the date/location information above. As you discuss always be conscious of the following:
Projects must not simply duplicate the content/work of other groups - so consult and discuss with them.
BE CREATIVE... consider doing something unique - cool - unexpected and most of all engaging. Imagine how you would hold the constantly wavering attention of a classroom of high schoolers... not as easy as it might seem from where you usually sit. :)
FOCUS ON TEACHING. Remember that the entire inspiration for this project was to do more than just write essays on what you have learned - and to find a way to share the valuable things we have come to understand about global terrorism.
Complete the TEAM PLANNING DETAILS. This document is shared in every class members International Relations Google Drive Folder - follow the directions on the document and work on it noting the deadlines.
Complete the GROUP PLANS document (also shared in your Google Drive) for your group. The point of this LIVE shared document to is to share your plans with all groups - things can and should be changed and updated on this document as your planning proceeds.
Before the end of class - TEAM LEADERS should meet and help to jointly facilitate a whole class discussion about your projects. Share your ideas, try to help each other answer questions and brainstorm.
Virtually ANY project can be done for this forum as long as it focuses on the goals outlined below AND being sure that it adheres to the following guidelines:
Do you have the time to get it done?
Do you have the money to get it done?
Do you have the facilities to accomplish your task?
