Combining Innovation & Technology
Creating a players "brand" through media promotion & communication
The Challenge:
Create a promotion video that would increase your "brand" as a player. Use a video editing software to add highlights, titles, audio, etc. Colleges that offer scholarships to attend their school often ask for highlight reels as part of your player resume. Highlight reels can also increase your "brand" and status as a player. This can increase followers and presence on social media.
Highlight reels should be around 1-2 minutes long when all done.
Important notes for esports projects:
You must ONLY play in a private match and versus either other students in CMA or Bots.
There is no 'Chat' allowed during a match. Failure to follow this will result in not being able to play RL.
EACH PERSON WORKING ON THIS PROJECT NEEDS TO CREATE THEIR OWN HIGHLIGHT REEL. Slides can be shared between partners but each member of the group must make their own highlight reel.
This project has a maximum of 12 days (can NOT be extended to 2 projects in 8th grade).
Editing of the highlight reel must begin no later than the start of day 7!! That means no more playing once day 7 has begun!
