Maschine Mikro by Native Instruments is a compact music making tool that allows you to make beats , loops, and melodies using preset programs including: MASSIVE, MONARK, and REAKTOR PRISM, all of which have huge libraries of sounds to choose from. Create an original beat.
Export that beat as a mp3 file we can also listen too.

Import original sounds onto the beat box and use them in your final beat. This could be a cough, a bang of the desk, a scream, whatever.
Add lyrics to your beat in garageband and export as an original song.
