NE2D: 2nd HVAC?

We may need a 2nd HVAC to ensure sufficient air flow & AC & heating capacity for large meetings.

Regarding the running noise issues, Steve thinks that installing a muffling device (like the current one in the current English-speaking meeting room) is more effective than a two-speed motor.

To confirm: only one there currently, right?
