N33: - Minimum TODOs + Pontential Considerations

The third-floor classroom needs at the very least the following work. It would make sense to do it along with the 2nd-floor remodeling.

Potential considerations:

2nd apartment? No, due to concern to have proper permit from the city.

• To have a proper solution of the air flow, it would seem a must to somehow reach to the exterior, similar to the apartment. Maybe we should still extend the floor and wall as the apartment side, but

  • Take some half of the space (say to the pillar) as extension to N33 (it then could become as big as the fellowship room.)

  • The rest of space to the exterior wall as a storage room. (We definitely can use the storage space: e.g. the stuff in the elevator backroom.)

  • The proper AC/Heater unit can be installed in the storage room.

  • We can have, in addition to a door, fans between the storage and N33 for effective air inflow and outflow.
