New Lord's Dbay format:
We would like to have a trial run the coming Lord's Day 4/30.
It is a bit of a rush because we do not get to use a Lord's Day to fellowship with the saints directly. However, it would otherwise be pushed out to at last a month away ....
It is just a trial, not officially starting it yet.
We will ask brothers to please fellowship with their respective small groups this Friday regarding the burdens and the format. (We need to make sure particularly group F brothers are clear.)
Schedule:
10am Lord's table
Some 10:45: end of Lord's table; announcements; snack break.
(Some 11:15: piano starts to play hymns; saints back to seat singing.)
Some 11:20: prophesying meeting both HWMR and life-study.
Some 12pm+ end of meetings.
Snack/drink preparation
Keep it simple (kind of like Spring ITERO).
Better to have a rotation of saints serving and giving thoughts on the arrangement; sisters in particularly.
Ushers on rotation could help with carrying water.
5/12-14 English-speaking church blending in Alpha House.
(We reserved Alpha House a while ago ...)
For saints in the English-speaking church life, plus YP and their families.
Online registration for arrangement. Cost: $50 each; $25 K-6; $0 under.
Friday 5/12 arrival, informal gatherings. Departure LD 5/14 after lunch and cleaning (mandatory) some 2pm.
Burdens: (1) blending of the saints (2) strengthening the practice of calling.
Materials: using the supplementary sheets from March Perfecting training
My Spirit, and/or
What Christ is to the believers in His Person.
(Brother David pointed out we may use selected portions from The Conclusion of the New Testament, messages 50 - 50+ to provide substance to the 2nd point.)
