  • We took a look at the draft schedule and exchanged high-level ideas/feelings.

  • More details, including the draft schedule and one sheet for each of the areas above, are directly captured in the Google sheet for outing coordination.

  • It looks that we need to be prepared for late signups, even drop-ins. Food prep may want to consider ways to have more flexibility, e.g. preparing for 40 but some food (spegetti, canned stuff etc.) may be spared if smaller number or add on for more. Same with the room assignment.
