REQUIREMENTS
- Follow city Standards for Construction entrance & Silt fence installation when working in the city of Asheville.
- Follow all City Guidelines and Schedule a preliminary grading inspection before disturbing any dirt
- All work preformed shall be on 2020 Builders property, if there is a question on where that is please ask.

If property has a septic system please do not cut any trees. Remove dead trees/branches and Bush hog where septic system will be installed.
If bamboo is present anywhere on the property, scrape the top 4" of top soil of house site.
Exception to the rule is if a tree will be a danger to the house. Please ask when unsure.
Use swells, culverts, silt fence, hay bales and any other best practice to keep mud on our property and water diverted from neighboring homes
Consider home envelope when grading. Knock down high corners if possible, remove any dirt if needed. Consider parking and turn around.
DO NOT make any cuts into a bank without prior authorization.
Slope driveway not to funnel water into the house.
Remove all trash, dead/cut trees.
Responsibility of Contractor to call 811 before doing any digging.
