All Piers to be dug according to blueprints and staking. It will be the responsibility of the subcontractor to dig them in a timely manner and correct if they were missed.
Maintain a safe and clean job site and to remove their own trash at the end of every day.
Communicate if there will be any delays due to weather or other factors.
Ensure that the footer is poured according to standard practices.
Ensure all work will be able to pass inspection first time.

Vertical rebar bonding is installed and tied to a full-length (20') piece of rebar and turned up into the crawlspace, and painted a bright color. DO NOT POINT IT TO THE EXTERIOR OF FOOTER

Concrete to be poured only when footers and piers are clean and dry, never when muddy/wet/standing water.
