Anchor bolts must be placed every 5' and within 12" of end of boards, corner joints, and butt joints. They must be a minimum of 2" above block the wall with the bottom of threads being a minimum of 1 1/2" from top of block.

Fill crawlspace door cells with mortar and ensure that Anchor bolts are on either side of the door.

Interior piers are to be no more than 6 courses high and must have the top 8" filled solid. If piers must be higher, contact Project Manager prior to doing so.

Footers should be completely covered with dirt inside the crawlspace. Vertical bonding rod should be turned into the crawlspace and painted a bring color. DO NOT turn bonding rod towards outside of crawlspace.

Vertical rebar bonding must be in place for 12" block foundation walls prior to steel in wall inspection. Confirm with Project Manager on the spacing of vertical rebar.

#4 rebar must be used for all vertical bonding in 12" block foundations.
It will be the subcontractors responsibility to ensure that the site is clean of all trash and debris (both personal and construction) PRIOR to job to completion. All debris must be placed inside the dumpster if it is present. If no dumpster is present all construction debris (personal debris MUST be taken off site) must be pilled neatly in a place where it will be easily removed.
