EXPECTATIONS:
Trim nail holes to be filled with wood putty and sanded smooth (not filled with caulking).
All baseboard and trim needs to be caulked in corners and on top.
Dryer vent shroud needs to be caulked before painting the walls.
Doors need to be taken out of their jambs, numbered on the door hinge mortise and jamb. Sprayed upright on ALL 6 sides and put back into their original jamb after dry.
NOTE: ALL 6 sides need to be painted, sealing them (voids warranty if not painted)
Attic access to be painted same color as trim casing
Walls and trim painted to finish coat in Paint 2
For 2 story plans, stair treads and handrail need to be prepped for staining at paint 3 (puttying and sanding)
