5" nail guard plates are to be installed on all lines within 5" of top or bottom plate
Plumber to install vent lines through roof on the backside of the house. Vent lines must be properly connected prior to insulation.

Plumbing vents must always be routed to the back side of the house (green highlight example), never on the front (red highlight example).

All plumbing penetrations through exterior walls must be fully sealed with silicone.
Hot water/pressure tank must have no leaks

Sewer lines must exit where S is marked on the exterior wall. Confirm with SI or PM prior to drilling or digging through wall.
