The Health Report groups disease conditions in categories from which you can select a specific condition to report.  The categories are based on those used in the Kennel Club's 2004 Survey.  You can report multiple conditions for each dog, but only one Dachshund per report.  If the condition you want to report is not on the list below, please use the "Other" category.  To report a death from "Old Age", please also use the "Other" category.  We have produced a document that summarises the conditions in (relatively) plain English and some conditions listed below have hyperlinks to one-page summaries describing its relevance in Dachshunds.  See also: Dachshund Health Resources page for more information on specific conditions and Illness Severity.
