Everything will be linked to the three topics you will be looking at in skills, The Arrival, The Explorer, and The Sea Empress Disaster.

Throughout year 7 you will focus on the elements of music, rhythm and notation, and creating different moods through music.

Example Tasks:

• Composing a piece and writing a graphic score

• Making instruments from recycled materials

• Performing rhythmic pieces

• Composing soundtracks using keyboards
