All year pupils transferring to secondary schools in September will get a new cashless catering card, parents do not need to apply for them.
Pupils will receive their cards and an information pack in the post during the school holidays.
Parents are reminded that all meals received in Primary schools need to be paid for before the beginning of next term as the secondary cashless account needs to be in credit before the pupil can access their account. Any parents experiencing difficulty should contact us at Cashless.catering@pembrokeshire.gov.uk
Both of these food areas are open during both break times and the refectory is also open before school from 8am for breakfast.
Staff are always on duty on these areas to ensure good order is kept and that people queue up fairly.
You are not allowed to eat in the corridors or any classrooms, you can only eat inside the Refectory or under the canopy by the Outdoor Café.
You will need a dinner card to buy food, and these must be topped up with credit either online (click here) or by calling 01437 764551, this removes the need for pupils to bring cash to school. Pupils entitled to free school meals will have their allowance automatically credited to their card each day. (Please note that free school meals credit does not roll over so remember to spend it.)
Here at Ysgol Harri Tudur/Henry Tudor School our canteen staff are very friendly and enjoy cooking food that they know our pupils will enjoy.
You can buy hot and cold food, including: sandwiches, salad boxes, breakfast baguettes (sausage, egg, bacon etc.), hot meals (lasagne, pizza and chips, roast dinner) as well as lots of snacks such as flapjacks, cookies, yogurts and fruit.
Lots of pupils also prefer to bring their own packed lunch from home, which is absolutely fine. You are still welcome to use the food zones to sit and eat your food.
