'Late' Applications for Sixth Form September 2025 are being accepted
I am sure that both parents and pupils will be aware that Pembroke School was for some years the only Sixth Form in the County, indeed the region, without a Sixth Form uniform, however upon the re- branding of the school, the students themselves voted to bring in a uniform and they played a leading role in its design.
The Sixth Form have received high praise for their uniform and we are exceptionally proud of how students look.
White shirt
Grey V neck embroidered jumper or cardigan*
Grey embroidered Sixth Form tie*
Black trousers (traditional, not jeans, casual, ripped or tight fit)
Grey skirt (pleated or fitted but not lycra) with black tights.
School embroidered blazer* (optional)
Smart black school shoes, not trainers/other casual footwear
Sports team kit as directed by PE Department (as appropriate)
* denotes uniform items that need to be purchased via TeesRUs suppliers.
As the Sixth Form are expected to be role models within the school, extremes of fashion are to be avoided.
Sixth Forms play an important role in preparing young people for the work of work and I very much believe in the mantra of look smart, act smart, work smart and the uniform is the perfect catalyst for this to be achieved.
