Submitting Preferences
Years 11 & 12

From Thursday 19 June (Term 2, Week 8) the 2026 Year 11 students will be able to submit their course preferences (steps shown below).

Students must  complete the Year 11 Course Selection Planning Tool before entering preferences.

Students will be able to edit their preferences until 9am on Friday 27 June (Term 2, Week 9).

If you cannot find the email or are experiencing technical issues, please seek assistance via the support desk in the Edmund Rice Resource Centre.

Dear Peter Pan,

The portal for Course Selection is now open. The details on how to login can be found at the end of this email.

Please remember that you will be required to select a minimum of 12 Units.

When making choices, be sure to consider the information from the XCC Course Selection Handbook and the XCC Course Selection Website

It is essential that you follow the process outlined in the Year 11 Course Selection Planning Tool

On Friday 20/6 you will have your interview with a KLA Leader or member of the Leadership Team. Don't forget to ask your parents to make a booking through Compass.

To enter your preferences, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1: Click: my.edval.education/login

STEP 2: Enter the following WebCode: XXX (Do not use last year's code)

STEP 3: Select subjects you want, in order of your PREFERENCE (Important).

STEP 4: Click [Submit].
