1) If:
the amount exceeds 4000 CZK
or
you have cash with you for 7 days or more (regardless of the amount reached). This time period is calculated from the day you first receive cash from the customer after your last full deposit (i.e. the cash balance after the deposit was 0 CZK).
it's necessary to always offload all of the cash completely.
We recommend offloading cash at the end of each day (once you reach the limits above, your app might be set offline).
2) Whether the limits have or haven't been exceeded, it's necessary for every offload to set your cash balance below 50 CZK. Otherwise the app won't let you go back online. For example:
I have 500 CZK cash balance, and I will offload 300 CZK - the app won't let me back online. ❌
I have 500 CZK cash balance, and I will offload 460 CZK - the app will let me back online. ✅
💸 We recommend having the following cash change with you: 2x500 CZK, 2x200 CZK, 4x100 CZK and 200 CZK in small coins.
❌ It is still valid, that we do not accept meal vouchers. In case a customer does want to pay with meal vouchers and does not have cash, please always contact support.
💡 The partner courier has material responsibility for Wolt's cash, for handling cash, for offloading cash via Sazka terminals and for always having the required amount to be returned to the customer.
