What to look out for during delivery⚠️
🍔 Always check how much the order costs in your partner app.
⚠️ The customer can also use credits which means that he will pay less for the order. Always look in the partner app how much the customer has to pay (the receipt is only informative).
🍔 Carefully check the cash received from the customer.
⚠️ Attention, in the app you will see how much you have to return to the customer, so do not confuse it with the total price of the order that the customer has to pay.
Cash exchange
🪙 Every partner courier is responsible for having enough cash to return to the customer.
🪙 For exchange, we recommend using a news stand, bank or convenience store.
🪙 In most banks, cash exchanges are free (except Sberbank).
🪙 If you do not have enough cash with you and you receive a cash order, we recommend you to not accept the order and go to exchange.
How does it look like in the customer app? 📱
💰 The customer can choose from the following options (see picture), which will then be reflected in the partner app.
💰 When you receive your order, you will see how much you need to return to the customer, if the customer chooses this option.
How to recognize a cash order? 💰
💰 When the customer chooses to pay in cash, the order will be marked in the partner app as "order paid in cash".
💰 Before you accept the order, you will see how much needs to be returned to the customer.
💰 In the partner app you will also see if the customer has the exact amount or not.
How does it look in the partner app? 📱
📱 The app will show you the current cash balance that you have with you.
📱If you exceed the limit of cash (CZK 4,000) that you can have with you, the app will notify you.
We recommend to offload cash once you reach CZK 2,000CZK.
📱In the Finance section you will find all the informations to cash payments.
❌ Never mark an order as delivered unless you have received cash from the customer for the order.

💵 Only over 18 years old partner couriers can handle cash.
⚠️ It is still valid, that we do not accept meal vouchers. In case the customer does want to pay with meal vouchers and does not have cash, please always contact support.
💡 The courier partner is responsible for always having the required amount with him to return to the customer.
