1) Find the nearest Sazka terminal. 🏠 Prepare your QR code.
2) Show the QR code at the Sazka terminal. 👀
3) Show the operator the amount you see in the app in the FINANCE tab. 💸
4) Keep the receipt, at least until the handing over of cash is correctly written in the application. 📱
Deposit process
🔢 You identify yourself at the terminal with your QR code, which you receive and then enter the required amount (after reading the QR code, the operator will see 0, then you will communicate the amount shown to you by the app).
⚠️ Always communicate to the terminal operator that you are going to pay the invoice - not to insert cash (the operator may not be well informed). If the branch operator wants a transaction fee, just say that the fee is paid by Wolt (the operator will see this after reading the QR code).
📊 After offloading cash, the amount will be deducted within 5 minutes in the app, and you can always check the current cash status and offloading history in the finance section.
If you can't find your QR code, just open the chatbot in the courier partner app.

Once you click on the link, you will see your QR code.
What happens if you don't offload money on time? 💰
If the cash is not offloaded at one of the SAZKA branches, it is no longer possible to accept further orders.
If you do not offload the cash according to the set rules, the amount may be deducted from your earnings or the cooperation may be terminated.
