If you see that an order is marked as a cash order in the app and the customer claims to have already paid by card online, do not give the order to the customer and always contact support to verify this information. Support will inform you about the next steps.
You do not have enough money to change 💰
In this case, contact support to help you resolve the situation. The support can offer the customer payment by card or possibly Wolt credits.
Missing or damaged item 🍔
If you find that you have an incomplete order or if an item was damaged during transport (the order is paid in cash), please contact support, who will evaluate the situation and suggest further action.
I was robbed 👮
Contact support immediately and report the incident to the police. Send us a record from the police (this step is very important). Then, we will solve the situation individually.
I have lost cash 💵
Please contact support and report the situation to them. You take material responsibility for the financial amount (cash) and the missing amount will be deducted from your earnings.
