How to offload cash using credit card?
Important: Do not share the link between yourselves! Every time go through the chatbot and generate the link.
Open the chat in Wolt Partner app
Choose - cash orders - online cash offloads
Click on the link - the payment gateway will open
Insert the exact amount - you will find this info in the FINANCE section of the app
Choose the payment method - you can GooglePay/ApplePay or use your credit card.
Once you submit the payment, you will get confirmation about the transaction (this should be visible in a few minutes in your Wolt Partner app).
The process is as followed 👇
Insert the right amount (go to the FINANCE section in the app) and click pay. Then choose the preferred payment method.

How fast will be the transaction visible in the Wolt Partner app? 💰
The payment should be visible in the Wolt Partner app after a few minutes. If the payment won't be visible after 20 minutes, please contact support with the confirmation about the transaction.

Can I still use Sazka terminals? 🏠
Yes, you can still use Sazka terminals for offloading cash. Now, you have 2 options on how to offload cash.
What happens if I don't offload cash in time? ❌
If you don't offload cash at the Sazka terminals or with your credit card you can't continue in the delivery process.
