Welcome to Day 2 of our Mental Health May Challenge! Today’s challenge is:
“Have a mindful start to your morning!” Before you jump into the day, take a minute to pause. Breathe in... and out. Try stretching, thinking of something you're grateful for, or just sitting quietly for a moment. A calm start can set a positive tone for the whole day!
Let’s take care of our minds, one mindful moment at a time. You've got this!
Don't forget about Wellness Wednesdays—every Wednesday in May, wear your comfy athleisure clothes like leggings, joggers, and sneakers to help remind us to stay active and feel great.
