Brighten your thoughts is a campaign created by West Islip Alumni Jake Guttman, that focuses on ending the stigma around mental health. It encourages others to share their stories surrounding mental health, to show everyone struggling that you are not alone in your mental health journey. Two students involved in the International Baccalaureate Program at West Islip High School have created a project surrounding this campaign to help it to grow, as well as help students in West Islip share their own stories. The video you are about to view goes further in depth about what they have done to try to help spread this campaign, as well as how you can help them make this possible. Advisory Teachers: At the end of announcements, please play the video in the email from Mrs. Beecher this morning.
