It is up to staff to find time to achieve the 45 CLD hours to be applied to your license. Remember that you only need this 45 hours one time. You do not have to get 45 new hours every time you are getting ready to renew your license.
Go to Powerschool.
Find "Transcript" at the top.
Scroll down until you see a list of courses.
Your CLDE courses can be found in the "All tab". They will likely not all show up on the CLDE tab.
Some of your CLDE courses may be in the CLDE tab, but not all.
Look for CLDE in the title of the course.

Check your college transcripts. Any courses related to students learning English as a second language may also apply to the PD requirement. Remember to check the CDE website to find out how many hours a college semester hour is worth.

Below is provided a list of the standards and the matrix that can be used to document your 45 CLDE hours.
"Within the next five-year license renewal period (For example, teachers holding a professional license that expired in September 2018 would need to meet the requirements by September 2023."
If you hold an active Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CLD) Education endorsement (or CLD Bilingual, LDE or LDE Bilingual) on your teaching license, you have already met this requirement and do not need to document 45 hours of professional learning
(Everybody still needs to renew their license with 90 clock hours of acceptable PD. CLD endorsed folks don’t need to have 45 CLD-specific hours)

5.10 Quality Standard II: Educators should be knowledgeable in first and second language acquisition.
5.10(1) ELEMENT A: Educators are able to understand and implement strategies and select materials to aid in English language and content learning.
5.10(2) ELEMENT B: Educators are knowledgeable of, understand, and able to apply the major theories, concepts and research related to culture, diversity and equity in order to support academic access and opportunity for CLD student populations.
5.11 Quality Standard III: Educators should understand literacy development for CLD students.
5.11(1) ELEMENT A: Educators are knowledgeable in, understand, and able to apply the major theories, concepts and research related to literacy development for CLD students
5.11(2) ELEMENT B: Educators understand and implement strategies and select materials to aid in English language and content learning.
5.12 Quality Standard IV: Educators are knowledgeable in the teaching strategies, including methods, materials, and assessment for CLD students.
5.12(1) ELEMENT A: Educators are knowledgeable in, understand and able to use the major theories, concepts and research related to language acquisition and language development for CLD students.
5.12(2) ELEMENT B: Educators are knowledgeable in, understand, and able to use progress monitoring in conjunction with formative and summative assessments to support student learning.
