Report Deadlines

CLD Services Report: Used to determine that all students are schedule in the appropriate support classes/groups​

• Fall (8/15-10/1) Internal Audit​

  • Includes: service type, minutes, specialist​

• Monthly Report send by CLDE department to aid schools in checking that they are not missing students in their support plans​

• Spring (April) Official end of Year Report​

  • Includes: service type, minutes, specialist, and additional demographics and data as required.​

Monitoring FEP: Monitor Year 1 and Monitor Year 2​

• Fall​

• Winter​

LTELL Reporting: Used to determine additional support needs for those no making adequate progress.​

• Fall (8/15-10/1) ​

  • School level review to determine adequate progress or not making adequate progress​

  • Discussion of additional services ​

• Spring: Data review to identify additional LTELL's​

  • To assist with fall scheduling of additional services. ​

SLIFE Reporting: Used to determine additional support needs. ​

Newcomer Reporting: Used to determine additional support needs​
