Q: I forgot my Western password, what should I do?
To change your password, go to Password Management and follow step-by-step instruction on that page (Western Account).
Q: I cannot log into vUWS, what should I do?
This may happen because your password is expired or you have entered the wrong password.
You can reset your password on https://www.westernsydney.edu.au/ > Students > Sign into > Password Management > Change my password.
Option 1: In case you remember your old password, simply enter the old password and confirm the new password.
Option 2: In case you forget your old password, you can change the new password by answering the secret question.
Option 3: Visit the website https://www.westernsydney.edu.au/ > At the bottom right of the page, you will find an icon (as shown in the picture) > Click on this icon to initiate a chat with the Support Team. They will be able to address your queries and provide further assistance. You can easily reach them during their Australian working hours, which correspond to 07:00 - 12:00 Vietnam time.
Q: I have lost my phone and cannot use Authentificator to access to my vUWS, what should I do?
Because of security matters, you'll need to contact ITDS Service Desk for help. You can call + 61 2 9852 5111 from any mobile networks, or dial 120 32 653 if you are using Vinaphone and VNPT.
You can easily reach them during their Australian working hours, which correspond to 07:00 - 12:00 Vietnam time. They will ask you some personal questions (such as: your name, your date of birth...) for verification purposes , please ensure you provide accurate information.
Q: I have registered the subject on MySR (FIM for example), but I cannot see that site on vUWS. What should I do?
One week before the start date of the term, the vUWS site of the subject you have successfully registered on MySR will be available for you. If it is not appear on your vUWS, firstly you should log into your MySR > Register in subject > Check if you have registered the correct subject and term or not. The current term start from May will be 2025 Vietnam T2.
If you have registered to the wrong term, you should delete the wrong subject, and re-enrol it to the correct term.

Q: I would like to request a Student Confirmation Letter. What should I do?
During the time at the University, students may need to confirm their status as a current student here. A student confirmation letter certifies student's course details and follows the ISB customized format.
Students can request this letter online via form HERE.
It is issued by ISB and will be available within 5 working days upon student's requested date. After the sufficient waiting time, students can pick up at Campus D, 196 Tran Quang Khai, Tan Dinh Ward, HCMC.
Q: I would like to request an academic transcript. What should I do?
Transcripts feature a list of all the subjects you have completed along with the final marks earned in each subject at the time of ordering. We are unable to separate the transcript/ record, and not subjects are able to be removed including fail grades.
If you request an official copy of your academic transcript for Stage 1 subjects, you can lodge the online form HERE. The papers will be made available within 5 working days from the requested date. After the sufficient waiting time, students can pick up at Campus D, 196 Tran Quang Khai, Tan Dinh Ward, HCMC.
For the results of Stage 2 subjects, you need to order via from Western Sydney University online system. Please visit the page link HERE and follow the instructions to apply for a stage 2 academic transcript. You will be given the option to issue a hard copy or an electronic file. If you apply for an electronic file, you will need to pay a fee of $15 and receive it within 24 - 48 hrs via email. For hard copy, there is a fee of $50 and delivery time will be within 1 and a half months.
Q: I would like to request for Internship Letter of Introduction, what should I do?
Internship is optional. If you request the letter of introduction, you can request via the link HERE.
It is issued by ISB and will be available within 5 working days upon student's requested date. After the sufficient waiting time, students can pick up at Campus D, 196 Tran Quang Khai, District 1 Campus.
Q: I would like to request a Student ID Card for Stage 2. What should I do?
To order Stage 2 ID Cards, you should follow the instruction link Student ID Cards
The deadline for ordering the Stage 2 Student ID Card is the end of the second week of the term.
These cards will be delivered to WSU Vietnam in batches, therefore the delivery time may be extended. Once your card is available in Vietnam, we will inform you via email.
Q: I would like to re-issue my Stage 1 Student ID Card. What should I do?
For new students, your student card will be issued based on the identity photo provided in the student information form. Once the card is available, you will get an email with pick-up details.

To order Stage 2 student ID Card, please follow the instruction at the link HERE. Note that you can only order this card once you commence stage 2 study.
Q: Where can I view the schedule?
To view the schedule, you will need to log into your MyWSU.VN using your stage 1 email address, go to schedule. The schedules of the classes you have successfully enrolled will appear.
Q: What should I do if the schedule does not appear on MyWSU.VN?
If you do not see the schedules, check your enrolment on MyWSU.VN again. Go to MyWSU.VN > Enrolment > Enrolment Results
If you have successfully registered, but the subjects do not appear on your page, please contact Stage 2 Advisor team (vietnamstudenthub@westernsydney.edu.au) for further information.
Q: How can I know which campus my class will be?
On MyWSU.VN > Schedule, you will know date, time and classroom of the class you registered. Classroom code consists of 3 parts: letter indicates the campus, the next first number refers to the floor, and the remaining numbers identify the specific room.
For example:

Q: Where can I view the tuition fee payment for Term 2 2025?
The tuition fee from 2025 onwards is available on https://ebills.isb.edu.vn/. You can log into that page using your Stage 1 email address.
Q: When is the tuition payment due?
When you log into your Ebills, you will be able to view the due date of the payment.
You can also know in advance the payment due of the coming terms at the Important dates of the school year.
Q: How should I pay tuition fee?
You can make payment by following the steps below:
Step 1: Go to https://ebills.isb.edu.vn/
Step 2: Log in with Google, using your Stage 1 student email
Step 3: After successfully logging in, you will be able to view the required tuition amount, payment due, payment status
Step 4: At “Action” column, click “Make payment”
Step 5: Scan QR Code on the screen using your banking application, or E-wallets payment (Momo, Zalo Pay, Viettel Pay,…)
If you prefer to make payment in person using cash or credit cards, you can come to OCB (Pham Ngoc Thach Transaction Office) and provide your student ID to OCB staff to proceed with the transaction.

Q: How do I know if I have paid successfully?
After you complete Step 5 above, wait a few minutes for the system to sync and update the status of your payment. If the status is changed to “Paid”, it means your payment is recorded successfully. If you have completed the payment process, now you can check your status on Ebills.

Q: How to check the details of tuition billing
Step 1: Go to https://mywsu.vn
Step 2: Log in with Google, using your Stage 1 student email
Step 3: Select “Tuition Fee” and view your billed tuition of the term at “Details of Tuition Billing”.
Please note that the tuition fee may vary based on the number of subjects you have enrolled.
If you change the number of enrolled subjects, please ensure you revise the number of subjects billed carefully before making any payments.
Q: Why can't I view my billing on Ebills?
If you have attended the Education Finance Program (EduFin) with monthly installments, you will not view the tuition on Ebills. Please follow tuition announcements and deadlines sent separately by EduFin.
Q: How can I check if bank transfer details that is correct?
When you can the QR code on Ebills, the transfer information should be OCB, ISBDF0000000000007, Vien Dao Tao Quoc Te
At the content, it will include Receipt Code + student ID number (stage 1)
Alternatively, you can transfer a small amount (e.g 1,000), then check the status of your Ebills if it is received. If your status is correct recorded your payment, it means you have paid to the correct account. Then you can proceed with completing the remaining amount
Q: What should I do if I want my grades to be reviewed?
There may be instances when you believe that your final grade in a subject does not accurately reflect your performance against the subject criteria.
If this happens and you are unable to resolve it with the academic responsible for your grade, then you can apply for a formal Review of Grade within 10 working days after results are released on MySR.

If your previous subject is still available on vUWS, you can view the details grade there.
Or you can view it on MyWSU.VN. It will be made available 5 days after your results are officially released on MySR.

Q: How does my GPA be calculated?
Western Sydney uses a 7 point grading scale for GPA calculation. Please visit our GPA calculator page for your information
Q: Can I request a supplementary assessment for the subjects I have failed?
Students may be eligible to apply for a supplementary assessment after the official notification of final subject results.
Clause 54 of the University’s Assessment Policy states that students will be eligible to apply for a supplementary assessment attempt where they:
a. have failed a subject either by failing one item with an assessment weighting of less than 50% or multiple items whose cumulative total amounts to less than 50% of the marks available and
b. have come within 5% of the passing grade for the subject (scoring 45-49%).
Students who have failed the subject due to a finding under the Student Misconduct Rule will not be eligible for a supplementary assessment.

Q: If I meet the requirement for a supplementary assessment, how should I request?
Students must apply for a supplementary assessment in writing to the Subject Coordinator by completing the WesternNow Supplementary Assessment Request form within 5 working days of the official notification of results. Please follow instruction at Stage 2 system (see WesternNow Student Portal)
Supplementary assessments will only be considered when the conditions in clause 54 of the WSU Assessment Policy are met.
Q: How can I change my major?
To change major, firstly you need to change it on MySR (see instruction at link Stage 2 Systems (5 - Personal and program information). Then, take the screenshot of the successful change and send a confirmation email to Stage 2 Advisor Team to be updated major on MyWSU.
Q: If I want to drop a subject, what should I do?
If you want to drop a subject due to unexpected matters, you can send us a request email along with any sufficient supporting evidence you may have.
If your request is approved, the system will randomly drop a subject for you.
Q: When the results of Term 1 2025 is released, I may be eligible for the continued scholarship. Do I need to apply or make request to receive this scholarship?
After the results of Term 1 2025 is released, if you are eligible for the continued scholarship, you do not need to make any requests. This is an automatic process. This list of scholarship recipients will be expected to be announce in Mid June 2025. Deduction will be applied directly to the tuition fee in Term 3 2025.
Q: I have completed the final exam of my final subjects in last April 2025. What should I do to prepare for my graduation?
To better prepare for your graduation, please read the instruction at out Graduation page. Additionally, emails will be sent to you when your conferral is coming near. Make sure you keep checking your student email regularly so as not to miss important instructions.
