To maintain a respectful, safe, and academically honest university environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited. These examples are not exhaustive, and additional prohibited behaviors may be applied in accordance with university regulations and relevant laws.
Insulting or violating the dignity, honor, or physical integrity of teachers, staff, employees, or learners within Uni
Distorting or misrepresenting educational or academic content.
Engaging in any form of cheating during learning activities, assessments, examinations, or admissions processes.
Smoking (includes all forms of emitting smoke, giving off steam or vapor from any tobacco product or personal vaporiser); consuming alcohol or beer; or disrupting campus security and order.
Exploiting sponsorships or educational donations to coerce contributions in money or in kind.
Engaging in religious proselytization or conducting any form of religious ritual within institutions of the national education system, state agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, or the people’s armed forces.
Students who commit violations, depending on the nature, severity, and consequences of their actions, may receive a reminder, a formal reprimand, or be subject to one of the following disciplinary measures:
Reprimand – Applied to students who commit a violation for the first time and the offense is considered minor.
Warning – Applied to students who have already been reprimanded and repeat the violation; or commit minor violations that occur frequently; or commit a first-time violation of a relatively more serious nature.
Academic Suspension – Applied to students who, while under warning, continue to violate regulations, or those who commit serious violations of prohibited behaviors; or students who violate the law and receive a suspended prison sentence. The duration of suspension will be determined by Uni based on current regulations and the specific circumstances of each case.
Exclusion – Applied to students who, while under academic suspension, continue to violate regulations; or those who commit a first-time violation that is exceptionally severe, causing significant harm to Uni or society; or students who violate the law and receive a prison sentence.
