You will receive an email from Western Sydney University Australia which includes an Offer Letter. You will find your Stage 2 ID number in the Offer Letter.
After that, you can use the new Stage 2 ID number to activate the account.
Please be advised that since the Offer Letter is sent automatically to each student from the WSU Australia system, in case, you have not receive it, please email to vietnamstudenthub@westernsydney.edu.au for further support.
Stage 2 students are required to enroll on both MyWSUVN and MySR before the term's census date:

The enrolment on both systems needs to be aligned.
It is students' responsibility to check the Tentative Subject Offering, Program Structure carefully and arrange their study plans accordingly.

Why your student email account is important
Email is the official communication channel between you and the University.
You will need to use your student email account when contacting the University by email.
The University will send you important information about your enrolment, exams and university life to your student email account only.
As a condition of your enrolment, you must check your student email account regularly. We recommend you check your student email daily during teaching session and weekly out of session.
Tip: If you check your personal email account all the time, make sure you set up auto forwarding for your student email. See below for instructions on how.
vUWS (pronounced “views”) is the online learning environment for Stage 2 subjects which includes course outlines, information about assessment tasks, study resources and announcements related to the units or courses. Make sure you check your vUWS sites regularly during session as they may be updated at any time without prior notes.

Students can log a form for Leave of Absence, Withdrawal without Academic & Financial Penalty, etc. on WesternNow. After successfully logging a form, students are required to keep track of the process as well as the outcome of the form and inform the updates for the Student Advisor Team via email vietnamstudenthub@westernsydney.edu.au.

Stage 2 Student ID Cards
As a stage 2 student of Western Sydney University, you will be granted a Student ID Card issued by WSU.
For onshore students, this card will be used to identify students at Western Sydney campuses in Australia, access the University Library, access secure areas (if required) etc….
For offshore students at UEH-ISB campus, this card is valid as a souvenir from WSU and will be needed if you attend your graduation in Australia.
If you would like to request the Stage 2 Student ID Card, you can follow the instruction via the link HERE to apply online in a three-step process to allow Western Sydney Student Services Hub Team to issue your card.
Step 1: Provide proof of identity (Citizen ID Card / Passport and Stage 1 Student ID Card: combine them into ONE photo, to a readable size and rotate the right way up. Accepted file type: JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP)

The deadline for ordering the Stage 2 Student ID Card is the end of the second week of the term. These cards will be delivered to WSU Vietnam in batches, therefore the delivery time may be extended. Once your card is available in Vietnam, we will inform you via email.
