Western Sydney Vietnam announces the Stage 2 admission procedure for Undergraduate students commencing Term 2 2026 as follows:
1. Eligibility for Stage 2 admission:
Students are eligible for Stage 2 admission if they:
Have completed 12 units of Stage 1 (BBUS) or 8 units of Stage 1 (BComm); and
Have English proficiency requirements cleared
Students, planning to study abroad, must send a confirmation email to Vietnamstudenthub@westernsydney.edu.au and contact the Overseas Study Department (overseas.study@isb.edu.vn or 0909 625 468 - Ms. Phương) at their earliest convenience to receive timely guidance and support on procedures.
2. Completion of admission form:
Step 1: Log in to MyWSU.VN by using your stage 1 email
Step 2: At the homepage, select Student Request > Profile > Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Communication
Step 3: Fill in all the required sections > Submit. A pop-up message stating “Update information successfully” confirms successful submission.

Notes:
a. Students who have previously completed this form are requested to review, update any required information/specialisation (if needed), and reconfirm your decisions by the deadline.
b. Please pay special attention to the following sections: Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Program, and Major, as these details will appear on your official graduation documents and academic records. You are responsible for any incorrect information, and please be aware that any changes made at a later stage may be time-consuming and could affect your graduation.
c. In the "English Proficiency" section of the Student Information Form, direct entry students with an international English qualification equivalent to IELTS 6.5 (with no band below 6) or higher must select the appropriate test type and complete all required fields. Students who have completed EAP5 must select “Unavailable” in this section.
3. Cut-off date and time: 05:00 P.M, 02 February 2026
You are free to change/ update the form before the stated deadline. After that time, the data will be exported for admission processing, and any changes made after this time will not be reflected in the exported data.
Failure to submit the Student Information Form by the deadline will result in ineligibility for subject registration in Term 2, 2026.
4. Program change:
If you wish to change your Program, you must email vietnamstudenthub@westernsydney.edu.au for instructions on the required procedure, as program change requires approval.
5. Specialisation change:
If you wish to change your specialisation, you are free to change it before the cut-off date above. If you change after that date, you must email to vietnamstudenthub@westernsydney.edu.au for further guidance.

If you are eligible to commence Stage 2 of the WSU BBUS/BCOMM offshore program, you will receive an email instructing you on the admission process.
You should follow the instructions and complete the form before the given deadlines.
If you miss the deadline, you cannot move on the next steps below. Instead, you will have to take a break from your studies and wait for the next term.
Follow the enrolment announcement to register the subjects and classes as stated in the announcement every term.
Read the Program Structure thoroughly so as not to enrol in the wrong major subjects as well as prerequisite subject rules (if any)
Refer to the Tentative Subject Offering before planning study sequence to avoid any delays in your study as we do not offer all stage 2 subjects for each major every term.

At least one month before the new term starts, you will receive an Offer Letter from WSU Australia, which will include your new Stage 2 student ID.
Find your Stage 2 ID in that letter and move to the next step.

Log into MySR => Register in Subjects
Follow step by step instructions to register the subjects
Make sure enrolments in MyWSU (VN system) and MySR (Western system) are consistent
24 hours after you successfully activate your Western account, you will be able to access stage 2 email. This is the new communication channel between you and uni. You can easily link the stage 1 and stage 2 student mailboxes
Go to Stage 2 email, at Setting, select Forwarding, then type the email you want to forward them to. Remember to tick at “Keep a copy of forwarded messages”
1 week before the start date of the term, you will have access to vUWS (new learning flatform)
To be successfully completed the subject, you must read the learning guide carefully
Mark the assessment due carefully on your calendar. Be very careful with the time zone display on the system as it will be in Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) (AUD +11)
To order Stage 2 ID Cards, you should follow the instruction link Student ID Cards
The deadline for ordering the Stage 2 Student ID Card is the end of the second week of the term.
These cards will be delivered to WSU Vietnam in batches, therefore the delivery time may be extended. Once your card is available in Vietnam, we will inform you via email.
Academic Integrity Module (AIM) is non-award, mandatory subject that must be completed.
You will be automatically registered into NOAW0004 Academic Integrity Module on MySR, which will be listed in your vUWS.
It is most beneficial to your studies to complete AIM as soon as possible so you know how to prepare for and complete your assignments ethically. If you do not do the module and quiz, you will not be able to see your results.
