+ If you wish to study 4 subjects, you may submit a request via mywsu.vn → Student Request → Feedback, and the university will assist you in registering the 4th subject afterward.
+ It's important that you review your enrollment carefully, as students who have not completed Phase 1 will not be able to register for Phase 2; therefore, please make sure to finalize your subject selections by the deadline.
+ The system will close Phase 1 after the timeframe stated above. If you miss it, please submit a Request promptly and we will assist you afterward.

Please make sure to check the updated Program Structure to ensure you don’t miss any important information.

WSU Vietnam would like to announce the enrolment for Western Sydney Undergraduate students in Term 2 2025 as follows:
1. Enrollee: Western Sydney Bachelor students in Stage 1
2. Enrolment phases: The enrolment process consists of two phases. Failure to complete any phase will result in an unsuccessful registration of the term, requiring you to take a break for that term. Therefore, remember to mark your calendar carefully and follow the provided instruction strictly.
Phase 1: Subject Enrolment (MyWSU.vn)
+ Opens from 11:30, 15th March 2025 and closes at 11:30, 17th March 2025
+ During this phase, you will have the opportunity to select the subjects you wish to study for the upcoming term and are free to change your selections. Ensure you complete your registration within the above timeframe.
+ Students have the flexibility to select between 1 and a maximum of 4 subjects per term. You should read the Program Structure thoroughly so as not to enrol in the wrong major subjects as well as prerequisite subject rules (if any) to avoid any delays in your study.
+ You cannot add or drop the subjects after the above mentioned deadline, except for extenuating circumstances with supporting documents. It's important that you review your enrollment carefully, as students who have not completed Phase 1 will not be able to register for Phase 2; therefore, please make sure to finalize your subject selections by the deadline.
Phase 2: Class Allocation (MyWSU.vn)
+ Opens from 11:30, 18th March 2025 and closes at 23:59, 19th March 2025
+ During this phase, you will be allocated to subjects you have previously selected in the Subject Enrolment phase and have the option to choose your preferred class schedules.
+ Please be advised that the classroom capacity is limited. Once a class is full, we are unable to accommodate your requests to add to that class. In such cases, you should consider enroling in other available classes.
The classes marked with an asterisk (*) are scheduled to be held at 17 Phạm Ngọc Thạch, District 3. The remaining classes will take place at 196 Trần Quang Khải, District 1.
* Important notes:
+ You are required to choose all the classes for the subjects you have successfully registered for in Phase 1 in order to be able to click 'Submit'.
+ You should consider carefully before making any changes, because once you untick the class and click "Submit", you will not be able to re-register for that class again if it's full.
+ While we strive to accommodate your preferences, it is essential to have alternative options in mind in case your first choices are not available. For classes that are full, we will not be able to open more slots, as the remaining classes still have available slots for registration.
+ The latest registration contains your updated enrollment status, making any prior enrollment results automatically invalid.

1. Enrollee: Western Sydney Bachelor students in Stage 2
2. Enrolment phases: The enrolment process consists of three phases. Failure to complete any phase will result in an unsuccessful registration of the term, requiring you to take a break for that term. Therefore, remember to mark your calendar carefully and follow the provided instruction strictly.

+ Opens from 11:30, 14th October 2024 and closes at 23:59, 16th October 2024

+ Students have the flexibility to select between 1 and a maximum of 4 subjects per term. You should read the Program Structure thoroughly so as not to enrol in the wrong major subjects as well as prerequisite subject rules (if any); AND Read the Tentative Subject Offering before planning to avoid any delays in your study as we do not offer all stage 2 subjects for each major every term.
