Malcolm "Gene" Kendall was a four sport athlete who excelled in football, basketball, baseball, and track. Over the course of his career he earned 14 varsity letters. He was alll conference football 1957 & 1958 and 3rd team all state 1958. While at WCHS, he was class president his 9th, 11th and 12 grades and received the Hugh D Hite Award. After graduation he attended Duke University where he appeared in the Cotton Bowl in 1961. He graduated with a degree in biology in 1962 and then became a doctor of medicine in 1967. He became a member of the American College of Physicians & American College of Cardiology.

Michael Love was a four sport athlete who excelled in football, basketball, baseball, and track. During his basketball career he held the all time scoring record with 1200 points. He was all district, all region, and all state during his career at WCHS. In 1971 he was named the Winchester Star player of the year. After graduation, he attended Randolph Macon College majoring in psychology. He continued his basketball career lettering all four years for Randolph Macon.

Dana Allison

Athlete
Dana Allison was a two sport athlete who excelled in baseball and basketball. During his baseball career, he was all district, all region, and all state in 1985. He was the winning pitcher at the VHSCA all star game his senior year. Upon graduation he continued his baseball career at James Madison University. While attending JMU he was named Virginia College Player of the Year , Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Year, and James Madison University Player of the Year. In 1988 he received all american honors. Following college he played professional baseball reaching the major league with the Oakland Athletics.

Yates Hall was a four sport athlete who excelled in football, basketball, baseball, and track. He was President of his 10th grade class, President of the SCA, and a Hugh D Hite Award winner. Upon graduation he attended the University of Virginia. He was named captain of the baseball team in 1968. He received his Bachelors degree in 1968 and his Masters degree in 1970. After graduating from UVA he returned to Warren County High School he coached football, basketball, and baseball. In 1988 he was names State Coach of the year for baseball. He coached baseball for 26 years. His coaching record was 261 Wins 195 Losses ad 1 tie.
