Triple Dipper Rules:
-playing area = basketball court
-3 dodgeballs in the game
-pick up a dodgeball? can't move your feet.
(must throw within 3 seconds of picking it up)
-hit from the shoulders down? Leave Playing Area
BUT YOU'RE NOT OUT OF THE GAME
-get back in by
1. hitting someone from outside the boundary
2. tagging someone who's too close to the edge
3. hit a basket ACROSS the way for JAILBREAK
