Shana J. Scott is currently Vice President of Relationship Development at Smart Financial Credit Union. Prior to her appointment as Assistant Vice President of Community Development from January 2011 to September 2019, she served as the Assistant Vice President of Branch Operations. In addition, she has over 18 years of experience working in various levels of the banking industry.
She has been a consumer banker, audit controller, branch manager and director. She currently serves on the board for Rice University Alumni. Shana continues to be the spokesperson for Smart Financial Credit Union in the communities it serves.

Charleston Wilson is a self-identified serial entrepreneur since kindergarten. Mr. Wilson gave up his other ventures to pursue Exotic Pop full-time once his dream to build a snack and beverage empire for millennial's and future generations was realized.
