Suicide is a major public health problem that is amongst the leading causes of death in the United States. Suicide is complicated and tragic, but it is often preventable. With the COVID-19 pandemic, economic uncertainty and ongoing issues of racial injustice causing major psychological impacts across the country, we may see elevated suicide rates.
During the month of September, the American Counseling Association will be dedicated to raising awareness of suicide and advocating the prevention of this public health crisis. We are committed to shedding light on this largely stigmatized and difficult topic by providing resources to inform and educate professionals and the community on how to identify warning signs, take action, and significantly reduce the number of deaths by suicide.
Just Chill Out Yoga4Youth mission is to provide the youth of today the option to better identify and acknowledge their mental and emotional state of mind in order to be able to manage and respond adequately.
Many children become victim to generational curses, generational trauma and the influence of society due to the lack of tools and resources that teach them to identify, react, respond and release their feelings. They need options to liberate their own emotions and to balance their own mental /emotional health. As a professional yoga/meditation strategist, allow me to guide your youth.
Today we will increase our emotional IQ through better conditioning of our bodies with the coaching staff of G300 Skills Training. When we condition our bodies we strengthen our minds.
To achieve your sports conditioning goals please connect with our Coach Lacey and Coach Winchester to book your consultation today.
