Volunteer Hours

Goal

To track the number of volunteers for the Wooster Recreation Department and to show the relationship of volunteerism to keeping the cost of programs as low as possible.

Definition

This number is tracked by adding up all of our volunteer hours from our individual program reports and then comparing to past years in our annual report.

Significance

The significance of this number and preceding years gives our Department a benchmark in order to adequately plan for future department and program needs.
