To fill potholes that are called-in, emailed, dispatched in or SRC notifications that are causing tire and rim damages or causing vehicles to cross the centerline to avoid pothole is considered CRITICAL and will be filled within 24 hours all others within a week (7 Days).

All notifications are kept on a Pothole spreadsheet by date, name, and location. The date completed is recorded. Updates to the spreadsheet are made weekly

The number of freeze/thaw cycles in a year has a significant impact on the number of potholes that develop as well as the overall Pavement Condition Index (PCI) of each roadway throughout the City. The lower the PCI the more probable potholes appear.
