JULY 2021 - The ways in which people engage with vaccination services can be complex, and the introduction, suspension and reintroduction of COVID-19 vaccines in South Africa may have compounded existing resistance and mistrust in the population. The use of a digital platform to administer a tailored BeSD survey has proved to be a valuable tool, capable of providing important and timely insights.
