Note: these videos were done using the Saturday Women's site as an example. However, the same concepts apply for the Tuesday Women's meeting.
Controls are at the bottom of the screen

To start & stop video click the Start Video icon on at the bottom of the screen
The video icon will have a slash through it when video is stopped
Try not to move around your video as it can give others motion sickness
Put your computer on a stable surface
Only 1 person should talk at a time
Think of it like C.B. radio
If it is not your turn to talk mute yourself
Click the Mute (microphone) icon at the bottom of the screen.
The meeting host may mute you during someone else’s share, you can un mute yourself later
There will be a slash over the mute icon when you are muted
Computer
You can view the meeting chat by clicking on the Chat icon.
The chat will display to the right of the main Zoom meeting window.
If you also have the participants list the chat will be stacked under the participants list
The meeting host may post links in the chat for everyone to be able to access.
To view a link from the chat:
If Zoom is taking up the entire screen, hit the escape key or double click the Zoom screen to get out of full screen mode.
Open a browser such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.
Select the link in the chat
Click the edit menu > copy -- or ctrl c on Windows -- or command c on a Mac
Paste the link into your browser -- ctrl v on Windows -- command c on a Mac -- and hit enter
You can display a list of participants by clicking the Participants icon.
The list will display on the right.
You can change the name by clicking on the Participants icon and...
Computer: hover on your name, choose more > rename
You can close the list by clicking the arrow at the top > Close
You can “pop out” the participants list from your main Zoom meeting window by clicking the arrow at the top > Pop Out
When you join the meeting the default is speaker view which means the person speaking is large.
You can change to gallery view to view everyone in the meeting at the same time, the same size.
Click on the Gallery View link / icon near the top right.
You can hide seeing yourself on video in gallery view by hovering over the video, clicking on the … and choosing Hide Self View.
To view yourself on video again, click on the Show Self View icon near the top right of the screen.
Display options during screen sharing
You can choose to display what is being shared below the video of people in the meeting or to the side.
To change, click the View Options arrow near the top of the screen and Select Side-by-side mode.
You can switch between displaying the screen share to the side vs. below by clicking on Side-by-side Mode in the View Options menu. A checkmark to the left of the Side-by-side mode option will indicate when you are in Side by Side mode.
Change View Options to Side by Side mode.
Choose Fit to Window.
Hover over the small vertical lines in the middle of the window
Drag the center divider to the left
The screen share can get pretty small.
You can make it bigger again in the same way - hover over the icon with 2 lines & drag the line .
Many meeting participants prefer to change from gallery view to speaker view during sharing to only view the speaker during their share.
