Travel Agenda

• Friday

  • Meet at the school at 4:00 for 4:30 PM departure.

  • Arrive at the White Rock Back campground  5:30 PM.

• Saturday

  • Make breakfast

  • Explore the area, find bison

  • Go to Hill Airforce Base (Maybe)

  • Estimate we get back around 3:00 PM

    • The causway/gate is open 6:00 am to 8:00 pm - Seasonal Hours 

    • Park Fees  $15 causeway fee, $18 for extra vehicles at camp (beyond 2)

1. Youth Protection

   1. All leaders must have Safeguarding Youth training.  It is highly recommended that parents take the training. You do not have to be registered. The principles of SYT are applicable outside of scouting. If you participate in an activity lasting more than 72 hours, you must be registered and take the Safeguarding Youth training.

2. Annual Health and Medical Record (AHMR)

   1. We must maintain current medical forms for everyone who attends camping and outdoor activities. (Leaders, Youth, and Parents). Please obtain an updated medical form (part C) at your annual doctor visit. Medicals expire at the end of the month, one year from when they are signed.

   3. Please don't forget to include a copy of your insurance card, front and back.

   4. Pro tip: The form is an editable PDF.  It can save time by updating it yearly and printing the filled-out form.

   5. Check the last columns on the RSVP spreadsheet for your expiration status, forms I have, and any notes I may have made.
