Pants (If you get the scout green pants, they will pass inspection even if they aren't official.)

Founders Patch (Can be worn by anyone that joined the troop during the first year. Worn between number patch and position patch.)
Position Patch
World Crest (Purple patch above left pocket. May already be on the shirt)
Arrow of Light patch, if you earned it
Religious Knot (Duty To God Award )

Patrol Patch (We haven't made these yet, definitely needs to be done)
Trained Patch if you are trained. Read your position responsibilities, and links on our Org Chart. (Should be presented by the Trainer)

The troop can design and create their shirts.
Bryan on Scouting - Merit Badge Sash
He mentions patches that may be worn on the back of the Merit Badge Sash. You should not put past rank badges or position patches on the back.
