This document is important. I purposely do not reproduce its content on this page!
They have 4 main sections. I have similar sections below to add some additional information.

Use this website to review the application process in minute detail. I recommend starting with the steps above, then if you have any questions you can find the answers here.

Download the Eagle Project Workbook. Download the PDF. You will need to use Adobe Reader to open it. It is editable, allowing you to type into the fields. It is not required to have a typed workbook but it is nice. Pictures can be put right into the PDF.
The workbook has three key sections:
Project Proposal - Place to record contact information and define the project. The proposal is written and then the project can be approved. It needs FIVE approval signatures BEFORE doing any work. The first signature is yours. The last signature is for District Approval (Julie Bendixsen juls97@q.com). The other three are Unit Leader (Clint Bennion), Unit Committee (Ferrell Peterson) and the benificiary.
Project Plan - Details about how the project will be done. This is a tool for you to think about everything that needs to be done for your project.
Eagle Scout Service Project Fundraising Application - Only needed if you need to do fundraising. Review for restrictions and steps.
Project Report - Report on what you did, what went well, what didn't. Include pictures. This section requires THREE signatures AFTER completing the work.
Pro Tip: Take the completion page with you the day you complete your Eagle Project Workbook and get the beneficiary's signature immediately and possibly your unit leader's signature as well. You can then either submit two completion pages (one with signatures, and one filled out) or just cut and paste the signatures section onto the completed page.
The Project should not be started until after the Life board of review, and the Project Proposal signatures collected!
Think about who you want to help not what you want to do. Then talk to the beneficiary to see what they need. Not knowing what to do can be a difficult obstacle. Deciding "who" not "what" can help overcome it.
Not sure who to help: See Eagle Project Beneficiaries page for some ideas.

Download the Eagle Scout Application. I recommend using Adobe Reader to fill in the info as much as possible.
The application can be submitted online at www.utahscouts.org/eagleform. You are submitting for "Verification."
Wear as much of the uniform as you possibly can. When doing an eagle board of review you want to look sharp. Your shirt should be tucked in and buttoned. Your look communicates how seriously you view the Eagle Scout Rank. As an Eagle Scout, you should know what to expect in a board of review.
Review the Board of Review 411 page to be at the top of your game.
Items you will need for your Eagle Board of Review:
Application
Eagle Project Workbook
Letters of Recommendation (Send to Julie Bendixsen, Oquirrh Mountain District Advancement Chair, email: juls97@q.com She will want this mailed to her ahead of time)
Statement of your ambitions and life purpose and a listing of positions held (see Requirement 6 for details)
$2 for Certificate
Note: All the requirements for eagle except the Board of Review must be completed by your 18th birthday. You don't even have to be registered as a scout at the time of the board of review. See this: Blog for details.
