Bike the Bear - Sept 24-25

• Weather (Saturday Hourly Temps )

  • About 40 degrees 7:00 am, 50 degrees at 9:00 and 60 degrees at 12:00.

• Stuff to bring

  • Helmet, Gloves, wind breaker, insulated layer, thin hat for under helmet. The start of the ride especially will be pretty cool.

  • Release Form

  • Bike

  • If you need camping nights, bring a Tent and sleep outside.

  • If you don't need camping nights, bring a pad and sleeping bag, you can crash on the floor in the Ferre's Cabin.

Costs:

• $30 Registration Fee

• $for La Beau's - Dinner Friday

• $for McDonalds in Evanston on the way home, probably.

Itinerary:

Sept 24

• 3:45 PM - Meet at Location American Heritage (Depart 4:00)

• Stop for dinner at the famous La Beau's, Note: They close at 7:00 so we MUST depart on time.

Sept 25

• 6:45 AM Depart for Bear Lake Aquatics

• 7:15 AM Checkin

• 7:30 Start riding

• 2:00 PM Finish Depart for home

• 5:00 PM Arrive
