At first the Pandemic meant staying home and no Yoga classes, Then Tiny Tea House Yoga offered online classes to the masses;
Now there’s an opportunity to have yoga in place, With adjusted poses so you don’t touch your face;
Instead of being home and spending too much time in your seat, Zoom into Tiny Tea House Yoga and feel like you’re on Yoga Retreat;
People are attending from Canada to Boca, Sometimes graced with cameos by “Therapy Dog” Moka;
Perfect way to get a good stretch and a change of scene, Just what we all need to stop thinking about Covid-19;
Started in New York City, now overlooking the Stockbridge Bowl, Such a beautiful scene, helps nourish the mind, body and soul;
With Zoom it doesn’t matter if you arrive late, We improvise using a can of beans as a weight;
Join us 1:30 each day lying on our backs, In Guided Meditation that helps us relax;
We can’t control the virus, but can control our mood, For Tiny Tea House’s impact on this, we are full of gratitude.
