Kibi has a passion for creating deep and meaningful yoga experiences; eager to work with students at all levels to develop their understanding of yoga and empower them to experience the fitness benefits of the practice and more.
Through my teaching, I create classes that balance strengthening the physique and achieving fitness goals as well as cultivating a mind and body connection through the flow of postures over a course of 60-to 90-minutes.
I have expertise in the Kripalu Hatha style of yoga, Pranayama (breath work), and an ability to create dynamic posture sequences. I hope to be of great service and look forward to connecting and practicing with this community
