Yoga is all about you. Turning your awareness inward, listening to your breath, body and spirit. Now is the time to slow down relax and be mindful. Yoga is for everybody, try all different classes and teachers. Feel the difference, yoga makes everything better!
I have been teaching yoga for over 15 years.
